RESTAURANT & BAR

Princess Restaurant. The Princess Restaurant is known as the most charming and finest restaurant in town. The restaurant offers authentic Royal Lao cuisine and international dishes.

The dining room is elegantly decorated into the Royal Laotian Theme with the balcony offering a romantic setting in which to watch the Royal Sakkarine Road below.

Open daily from 06:00 - 22:00 for all day dining. Buffet breakfast is served from 06:00 - 10:00 and Traditional Royal Lao Set Dinner is featured with traditional Lao music performance from 19:00 - 22:00.

Elephant Garden Bar. The Elephant Garden Bar offers selective menu of food and beverage throughout the day.

With its charming settings of lanterns and candle lights in the open air courtyard, the bar is known as the most romantic place to be for a casual meal and drink.

Open daily from 09:00 - 22:00 for all day dining.

“VERY CLEAN & COMFY WITH GREAT STAFF”

I loved this hotel - good breakfasts, very comfortable, clean rooms, powerful showers and lovely staff! Only slight downside for tourists is its distance from town centre but a tuk tuk is 10,000 kip - 80 GB pence.
There is an excellent restaurant [better than many in the tourist areas] a few doors down on the same side and a good laundry also a few doors away - both very well priced.

“Fine hotel”

I slept 3 nights in this hotel, it was good for the price. it was a bit far away of the nightlife. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice.

“Reliable transfer to/from airport, clean room”

My family chose this hotel just to make sure that we will have a place to stay on arrival. For the following three days we were too busy exploring Luang Prabang and the area,so eventually we did not change to a hotel in the center area. Manuluck in theory offers free transport to the city center, in reality they had it 1 out of 4 times we asked. The reasons were different but in the line of -we don't know where is the car, we don't know where is the driver, and so on. Breakfast was OK. Overall is a nice place- if you don't mind taking tuk tuks at least twice a day.
