“Bargain”

Hotel 89 is a great little place with charming staff. The rooms are clean and perfectly adequate as a base for sightseeing and visiting Pub Street but what impressed me the most is the attentiveness of the young crew and the attention to detail in looking after you. Free tea and coffee 24 hours, welcome drink and freshen up towels, TV schedule and folklore stories delivered to your door at night along with complimentary sweets and bottled water. They really cannot do enough for you and all for a real steal at the price.
I can also recommend the tuk tuk driver Trai as your companion for a tour of the temples. He is great company and a mine of information. He may be the guy who picks you up from the station and there really is no need to seek out other drivers for the tours. Again part of an excellent crew at the hotel.

Their service are the good. Nothing bad I can say. Breakfast is good, room is clean, staffs are very helpful and friendly, it's a very good value for money in this excellent location where restaurants and markets are just few steps away

This hotel has a good location, is very cheap and has nice clean & comfy rooms. But what sets this as a really great hotel rather than just good value is the service & staff. We found everyone in Cambodia (except the border police!) extremely friendly, helpful & honest - but the staff here were exceptional. They recommended/arranged much of our stay, from restaurants, Angkor Wat guide, Tuk Tuk drivers, transport back to Bangkok and much more. All were very good, yet they were never pushy or hard sell - just very helpful whatever we asked them about. We came just to see Angkor Wat but they made our stay so cool we came back a couple of weeks later to soak up more of Siem Reap's laid back charm. Thanks to all the staff for a great part of our trip. We will be back - again.

“Excellent services and a wonderful manager”

We stayed in this hotel for 10 nights and have enjoyed it very much. Mr. Kim, Manager, gave us an excellent arrangement for our tours in Siem Reap. He even accompanied us to a shop to sovle an issue we had with that shop.
The hotel room is small, yet clean and adequate. Staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile.
