I would stay here again if I return to Nha Trang.
Excellent rooms and staff and every room has a stunnning view of the beach. (which is the let down when it comes to nha trang).
Rooms are big and spacious and bathrooms have all mod cons, Tea and coffee facilities in the room are a welcome bonus. Location wise its right in the centre of the strip and close to the action
Defo a great stay and would go back in a flash

A great hotel from the Novotel brand-only 18months old, very trendy and modern decor-very nice :). Very comfortable beds and the best bathroom. Lovely big bathroom with a shower you step down into with a rain shower head-bliss! The room all had balconies with table and chairs which is lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing, shopping or even relaxing by the beach. Views are sensation from all rooms. Breakast was delicious, if you do not get it included in your room rate though, I would go to one of the many restaurants outside-much better value. Two computers with internet in lobby for guests to use-I found them pretty fast and readily available. The Novotel is right opposite the beach where they have deck chairs set aside for guests-the water was lovely and warm-much warmer than the hotel's pool. The beach and pool are always manned with very friendly staff who won't let you lift a finger.

The Novotel is a perfectly reasonable 4* hotel. The differences between this and other 5* properties is in the quality of amenities. The lobby bar is essentially that: a lobby where you can get served drinks. It has no identity of its own. The breakfast is pretty good.

Rooms are fine with excellent views. We were on the top floor so would have had a great view had the visibility not been so terrible due to the floods in Nha trang during our stay. (Not sure why no one else has mentioned this as no one has got near the beach in the last two weeks!).

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Internet was very quick.

Overall the Novotel is efficiently run and clean, but is lacking in those details which make you truly warm to a place.

With the amount of development being undertaken in Nha Trang currently, it appears that there will be a lot of excellent new hotels which will likely push the Novotel back from it's slightly surprising position at #2 in the ratings...

+ Incredible views and top notch service !

Located on the main street and across the road from the beach this hotel offers fantastic value given the magical, panoramic views it offers of Nha Trang Bay, from nearly all rooms.
It is within easy walking distance of recommended restaurants, bars, night life and it is so close to the beach and provides guests with their own free sun lounges. The Novotel Nha Trang is very good value for money and its staff are very caring and helpful. Traffic noise can be a problem for light sleepers but a set of ear plugs soon fixed this slight inconvenience.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Breakfast excellent. The Vietnamese special in the spa was good value for what we got. Had a nice stay, and if we went back to Nha Trang would stay here again. Beach service was very good.

Transfers from airport are too expensive.

Lanterns restaurants about 5 mins walk away is excellent.
