+ Could do Better !

The Welcome we received at this Hotel was very nice we were made to feel very special, The room was very large with really comfortable beds nice fat Doonas and all very clean. We had fruit put in our room every day that we were there this we found was something we really enjoyed. The bathroom was also very nice with lovely fluffy towels. The buffet breakfast was very enjoyable with plenty of fresh food and the fruit was all great with good service. We had problems finding someone to speak english at the reception desk. The telephone in our room did not work and quiet frankly no one really cared, it was however very important to us as we like to keep in touch with family, the only offer we had was that we could sit at the tour desk and make a call. The Spa also didnt work again no one cared. These unfortunate incidents soured our stay at this Hotel.

we stayed two nights here last week. Arrived dripping wet after sightseeing, and relaxed as soon as we came through the foyer. The staff, from the porters upwards, are friendly and helpful. The room was excellent, with some nice touches. In a side street near the centre, so though there is a bit of traffic, it isn't much. We didn't have dinner here, but breakfast was good. Actually we ate at the Carambole next door, very good indeed.

Great hotel, lobby is small and the lifts are a little slow, but nice and clean. The most comfortable bed I expreienced in Vietnam, flowers on bed and in bathroom were nice welcoming touches. Nice view from the rooftop pool at night. Breakfast was ok, small breakfast area though. Had a massage at the place directly next door, possibly the best $6 I ever spent, clean & professional service.

This hotel was amazing. The breakfast was amazing. The location is very central. we stayed part of a group of 15 persons. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. I would highly recommend this place to stay.

+ Excellent location !

Good location, nice rooms, good breakfast, nice swimming pool. At the end of the street is a famous backpackers pub. At walking distance of the Citadel when it's not too hot.
