The first convenience of the hotel was the location and the quiet. It took minutes to the major sites of the city. The amenities were the spaciousness of the room, the cleanliness of whole hotel, the nice decoration, the lovely staff, the friendliness and the cozy ambiance. We'd have no hesitance in staying again if we're back to Hue - the lovely city.

+ Stunning Hotel with Old World Charm!

This hotel is within walking distance to the Citidel and major shopping centre. Its right near the river, so the view are beautiful. The rooms are tastefully decorated in traditional wooden carved furtniture, but have moden ammenities and are huge by anyones standards. Room service was wonderful, as was the buffet breakfast.

Great views of the city and the Perfume river from the roof top bar. Charming, helpful staff, particularly Chi (concierge) . Comfortable spacious room. Lovely Imperial decor in rd and gold. Good location. Excellent breakfast, particularly the pho. Noisy in the bar when the live music was on - we had to move into the foyer where we could still hear the music , but have a conversation . Good service.

Inviting sense of Arrival. I feel welcome anywhere, anytime. Giving relevant and detailed information, giving specific and accurate directions. Meeting special requests, going beyond the expected. My future husband got sick when he just arrived at the hotel, and hotel staff took care of him enthusiastically such as recommending a very good doctor, meeting all our requests quickly, effectively, kindly. If we go back to Hue city in the future, we will surely choose Imperial-Hue Hotel for our stay, and we will also introduce this great hotel to our friends, anybody who we know.

We stayed two nights here and yes the lobby did remind us of a soviet style building. The rooms were large and clean. The location was great for exploring hue not far from the river or downtown. The rooftop bar was a pleasant rest spot after a day of sight seeing and a good spot to watch the sunset. Enjoyed
