+ FANTASTIC !

I checked it our whilst staying at SAPA botique, its fabulous! rooms were great im not sure what all the negative comments are about!! construction is over a long time ago. Its on the pricier side of SAPA but the views are incredible. try and get a good deal. dont worry about booking before you get to SAPA if hotel not available there is plenty of good options.mountain view is great and only $US20!!!

+ NICE STAY !

We enjoy our stayed for 2 nights. The weather was cool at night and there were strong mist when we arrived in the evening. The next day activity was 12 km trek walk to view the padi terrace in the village. The view from the room was good with mountain scenery.The hotel does not have lift and need to walk using staircase. Location wise of the hotel is convenient to shops, market and easily can find food everywhere.

Well managed, clean hotel in the quiet part of town away from the more touristy parts of Sapa.

Rooms are large and view from the rooms is stunning. Furniture and equipment is as could be expected from a Vietnamese mid-range hotel. Large ugly and uncomfortable chairs and a mattress hard as cement.

Reception staff is efficient, but in no way welcoming or accomodating. Breakfast is OK!!
